100 Degrees!!!

That's what it was yesterday here. Wow! It's only June. I'm SOOOO not complaining. I LOVE the hot weather. I have discovered something though...the older I get the more I appreciate air conditioning. I grew up without it. Of course, where we lived, there are only about 2 months per year that you would even need it. My mom was super fabulous about being able to keep the house cool with open windows. She knew which windows to open and close throughout the day to keep it comfortable inside. Plus, we had fans. Our upstairs here for the last few days has been 79 degrees. WOW! (I know I've got nothin on you Susannah. lol) That's with it SET at 79 degrees and the AC unit having a hard time keeping up. The bottom level is set on 73 or something like that. I laugh because I'm outside in the brilliant hot sun and then come inside and have to put on a sweater downstairs. LOL

I'm going to put up a BIG picture post today. It's been much too long since I showed you our rapidly growing boys.
