PICTURE POST

Here are pics from a great span of time.
This first set is from the art project I mentioned a few months ago. Notice how different Judah's turned out even though we all used the same colors and tools. He has a very unique eye for art. I love looking at his work.

Gideon REALLY doesn't like his hands to get dirty. He got a little paint on a finger; hence the frustrated look.

Judah starting his marsterpiece.

Thomas starting his masterpiece.

Thomas a little further along.

Judah concentrating on his colors and technique.

Gideon having a blast. He did really well. He hardly got ANY paint on him or the tablecloth. I was AMAZED.

Gideon and I worked together to finish this one.

Thomas' finished work.

Isn't Judah's unique?!

Playing policemen. They are arresting Gideon.

Gideon especially loves the "patdown." I really need to get a pic of Gideon doing this to Michael. It's hilarious!!

New shirts. Thank-you Nana and Papa!!

Daddy was washing the garbage cans and the boys decided they wanted him to squirt them from btwn the cans. A huge waterfight ensued. It was great to watch from the dry swing in the shade. heehee

Gideon's first "lost" tooth. This was taken the day he did it. Obviously he recovered quite well. :)

Judah lost two teeth within 2 days. sob...He's growing up.

"Camping" out in the living room overnight. Judah is on the Foof chair and Thomas is on the floor.

Birthday Boy! FIVE years old!! This is the trip down.

Judah was silly and Gid was very grumpy.

Judah got him to smile though.

Even Michael was getting silly for the camera.

Beautiful scenery. It had just turned spring there and everything was this amazing shade of bright green.

Opening presents in the hotel room.

Thomas got a police outfit.

Judah did too so they could play together! Thanks Nana and Papa!!

Michael is a NUT!

Hotel pool we went to soon after opening presents.

We spent more time in the "hot pool" than in the big one.

Family style arcade in the hotel near the pool area. Most of the games were suitable for them. They especially liked the motorcycle games. (of course)

They did a lot of "surveillence" that night after dinner. It was quite amusing to watch. :):):)

Breakfast the next morning at a local buffet. The food wasn't great but we had a pretty good time.

Michael is not holding Thomas' arm because he's in trouble. He is holding his arm so Thomas doesn't get anything on Michael's white shirt. haha!!

GO-CARTS!! Gid is the only one I got a shot of. (My camera battery was dying). He had a BLAST with both me and Michael. Thomas and Judah each rode with one of us and then they rode the kiddie carts in the kids area. A fun time was had by all. TOO expensive though. It's CRAZY what they charge for this stuff nowadays.

Sleepy baby/big boy. He looks more like a big boy every day. :(

The boys wore their outfits a lot during the next week. They even wore them to this BBQ we were invited to. The other guests sure got a kick out of them. heehee

The End. Hope that y'all enjoyed those!

I'm still very weak and tired but have to comment on the pictures. I can't believe how the boys have grown since I saw them, especialy Gideon. He looks so cute and so grown where he is being frisked. Looove the pictures.
The Art work is fantastic.
Love y'all

Those are really cool police outfits! : ) I am glad that you had a good time celebrating the B-Day! Your girl's night out looks to die for. And your dress was really right for you. Congratulations finding a classic, sophisticate, flattering, and formal dress!! THis is always a HUGE challenge for me. I don't dress up much and it is always a daunting task to 'doll up'. You looked great! I still think you are probably the funnest Mom ever!

Ash-
The funny part about the dress is that, while it looks formal, it's actually made of t-shirt material. The patent leather shoes I bought and the bangle bracelets made it appear dressy when, in fact, it was SUPER comfortable. heehee

So, why do you think I'm like the funnest mom ever. That's such a great compliment but how did you arrive at that conclusion?

Angela,

You are always discussing the latest adventures, projects and special activities that you have bravely undertaken with 3! boys. You always seem to laugh at the hard stuff, enjoy the fun parts, and be ready for more! You seem like an enthusiastic, inspired, and well...FUN mom!
