So Very Very Sorry

For those of you who actually read and enjoy this blog I'm sorry that it's been so long since my last post. Here's the deal...Life is just a whirlwind right now. Football 3Xs a week for 2 hours in the evening is making free time go out the window. We have football Mon, Tues, and Thurs, church on Wednesday, Michael is out on Friday nights and it's been NUTS around here. Thankfully football is over Thursday night. Yeah! Don't get me wrong, I loved watching both my boys play!! However, it's time to get back to a more relaxed schedule.

For those of you who wanted to see pics of Thomas playing football. They didn't really come out so well. We aren't allowed inside the fence when they play and pics are hard to take when you are watching a VERY active almost 3 year old. :)

For those of you praying for my dad- Thanks SO VERY much! HE had the second surgery and he is recovering from that. You can pray for his recovery. It's slower than he would like. There are side effects from that procedure. Please pray that they aren't permanent. Our God can do great things. Please ask Him. Thanks again!!

Beside football we are very busy getting our farm ready!!!
Yes, we have finally decided on an animal to have on our farm...ALPACAS!!! (Pictures to follow the details)We are really excited. We signed the contract and paid the 25 percent down. We are getting a Pregnant proven female and a young potential herdsire. Proven just means she's proven that she can carry and birth a baby. This is actually Delight's 3rd baby we will be getting. We're hoping for a girl! Royal Prince Orion is about the CUTEST animal I've EVER seen. He will make a fine stud one day. I'm sure of it. If I am wrong and turns out to be a dud there is a clause in the contract that states they will either take him back or give us a huge chunk of money back. I'm hoping he does well. Can you imagine anything better than reproducing more that look like him??!!!

The first pics are of Delight and her 2nd baby Wade. We are not buying him. The good news is that she will be giving birth to one equally as adorable in about 60 days. YEAH!

Can anyone saw AWWWWWWW?!
Look at my little guy as a baby!
This is what he looks like NOW. I just kiss him over and over, because I can!!
I have animal allergies to most animals that would make my life miserable but alpacas are hypoallergenic AND gentle...plus they are CUTE and SWEET!! We hope to have fun and make a little money with this. Plus, now we have more outside school things to do. We won't be actually bringing them here until early January. We have to get the farm ready. They will continue to board then there until then. Three months of that is for free!! Plus, that means we can go over and visit more. They are a WONDERFUL family. In fact we spent the last 15 minutes talking about child training. She has read Pearl, Ezzo, and the RGT website. I love this woman!!!
So, besides buying the animals we have been working hard (ahem- I mean Michael has been working hard) on the land that was just cleared this summer. It will be their new home. This is another reason I haven't posted. I have been working on a picture post for some weeks but, for some reason, it won't let me upload anymore pics. :( So you'll just have to enjoy what I already have. I really dislike doing anything halfway...but I couldn't help it this time.
As if all of that weren't enough it's that time of year again as well. :)
The boys are getting ready for the Kids Christmas musical at church and this year I have been asked to sing in the Christmas choir. I have always wanted to join in for the season but have not been able to the last 2 years. Chris (choir director) approached me a few weeks ago with a song he wanted me to sing for it and Michael said, "Yes!" Yeah!!
Anyway, that was an eyefull. So I'll leave you with the picture post I couldn't finish.
Love and Blessings to all my wonderful readers!!
-Angela :)

I know where you are getting the Alpacas, Nate and I looked at buying that house and land before they did. I just bought a few organic chickens from them last week.
